In Optron Ingeniería, S.L., under the trade name Optron Textile Machinery, we have been manufacturing machines for the textile industry and software for their management and process optimisation for over 20 years.
Our range of textile quilting machinery offers outstanding performance both in big industries and in small and medium enterprises which work with great distributors.
Optron Textile Machinery has at its disposal its own large team of both Computer and Electronic Engineers of Applications and Systems.
With the plant staff of over 60 people and due to the externalisation in the transformation processes, we have managed to create a team of over 145 people committed to OPTRON.
- International presence
The quality of our machines has allowed us to strongly penetrate both in the national and in the different international markets, shifting positions with internationally renowned brands of Italian or German origin which boast of decades of implementation in beforesaid markets. - Constant growth
The demand for the OPTRON brand machines has been steadily growing since the company was constituted in the year 2005 up to now. This growth has been in line with the increase in our manufacturing capacity and with the optimisation and integration of the manufacturing processes.
We currently have at our disposal around 5000m2of facilities where, apart from sections and departments necessary for the comprehensive manufacturing of our standard products, R+D+i laboratories for the development of new products and applications are situated.
Our common denominator is quality and constant improvement.

In order to do so, we carry out specialised commercial and administrative management, counting with an extremely powerful Engineering Department, diversified in the specialised fields of Electricity, Automatisation, Mechatronics and CAD/CAM Industrial Design. - We care for our clients

- Facilities
Optron TextileMachinery owns top facilities where all the processes intervening in the manufacturing of our machines are carried out. We have our own manufacturing plant, a paint booth, and an assembly and installation area.
Apart form that, we boast of the teams of engineers specialised in Industrial Automatisation, Mechanical Design and Applications, Computers, as well as of the Administration and Sales Departments.
GUARANTEE OF QUALITY
In order to ensure the maximum versatility and user-friendliness of the Optron machines, our rigorous internal quality control is in place from the R+D+i processes to the production and after-sale service.
We look after each machine which we manufacture in order to achieve a top-quality product where each detail has been supervised during the manufacturing, finishing and adjustment processes. To do so, our highly qualified staff tests the machines in different ways to obtain an exclusive product with top technology, able to fully satisfy our clients.
- We work with the best brands in the market, Emerson, Sick, Schneider, Festo, CMZ, INA-Schaefler or Igus, among others.
- Exhaustive quality control of each piece during the manufacturing process.
- Testing proces prior to delivery, including electromechanic tests and tests on the finished product.
- Immediate assembly of each machine upon its arrival at the client’s factory.
VERSATILITY AND DESIGN
Our thorough design and manufacturing process allows us to offer the maximum versatility in the machinery quilting from the finest materials to the great thickness, even with the last generation technological materials such as memory foam, latex or PU soft and its derivatives.
Optron Textile Machinery also allows you to carry out as many quilting designs as desired, without any limits, from the simplest ones to the innovative and complex drawings, which will enable you to respond to the demand in the market where the design is increasingly gaining its positionas the sign of quality.
The fashion in the matress can be present in its industry by means of our machines able to perform 360 or 180º drawings and tack and jump drawings with the Multitron series.
Thanks to our technological research, the Quiltron series also offers you the option of working with two heads in the independent mode.
In 2015, MASTERTRON, the fastest machine in the market, aimed to produce the most advanced quilts, was introduced in the society as the maximum exponent of the technique, productivity and efficience.
Comprehensive service
In order to reach a perfect final result and a higher manufacturing performance, all our machines offer you a comprehensive service by means of our exclusive OptronCAD software.
Designed to work on with simple CAD tools, this intuitive and user-friendly software enables to select or create designs inthe office, while the machine is operating in the production plant and without causing any stops to carry out these design tasks. At any time and since the design concept, all the main variables of the drawing and the performance of the machine undergo an exhaustive control.
Our terminal software allows the worker to be interconnected with the quilting machine, avoiding failures thanks to its warning system. It is also possible to save and change designs and/or parametres such as eg. the stitch length or the sewing speed in the drawing file itself, while the machine is operating and without rebooting it, and therefore optimising its performance.
